Hi, I’m glad you’re here!

Reaching out for support takes courage, and I want you to know you don’t have to go through this alone. My work is centered on assisting teens (12+) and adults who have experienced intimate loss; whether it’s the death of a loved one, the end of a significant relationship, or another profound emotional upheaval. My passion is helping my clients move through the weight of grief and trauma while gently guiding them toward renewed strength and self-discovery.

I earned both my Bachelor’s in Sociology and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University. In addition, I am a Certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner, trained to approach therapy with compassion, understanding, and respect for each person’s unique story.

My therapeutic style is person-centered, trauma-informed, humanistic, and strength-based. This means I meet you where you are, honor your lived experiences, and create a safe space where healing can begin. I believe the foundation of therapy lies in trust and connection, and I strive to build relationships that empower clients to see themselves as the authors of their own lives.

In our work together, we’ll explore how grief and trauma impact both the body and emotions. My goal is to help you not only process your pain but also reconnect with the parts of yourself that may feel lost or disconnected.
